Planning your first visit? Here are a few things to help you get started.

Please pick up loose items and remove dirty dishes from the sink before we arrive. Dishwashing is available for $10–$35, depending on the quantity, and organizing costs $50–$80, depending on the difficulty. Please request these extras in advance.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
We bring our own cleaning products. Please provide one trash bag and paper towels. If you prefer your own products, let us know beforehand and leave them out on cleaning day.
Do I need to be home, and when will the team arrive?
You do not need to be home as long as access is arranged when booking. We schedule a 30-minute arrival window. If your entry instructions change, please text us before the visit.
What should I do with my pets?
Please keep pets safely in a separate room or their crate during cleaning. We do not clean pet feces, urine, or litter boxes.
How is pricing calculated, and are extras available?
We charge a fixed price per service, rather than by the hour. Pricing may change if your home’s condition changes or a recurring visit is skipped; repeated cancellations require a new quote. Inside-oven and refrigerator cleaning each cost $75–$100. Please include extra requests when asking for your quote.
How and when do I pay?
Payments are made by card. New clients pay a 50% deposit before their first cleaning, with the remaining balance due after the service is completed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the service price; same-day cancellations are charged 100%. These fees are waived for emergencies or illness.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
We offer a complimentary re-clean within 24 hours after the service. Please contact us promptly if something needs attention. We do not offer refunds.
